TSTC is a Jordanian Organization established in Amman City since 2008, under registration Number: 207237- Ministry of Trading and Industry and related to the private sector's organizations. TSTC tries to take part in both globalization and revolution in information and communication technologies, because S&T development are not only the key elements of economic growth and industrial competitiveness, but also essential for improving the social development, the quality of life and global environment. TSTC supports excellence and innovation in vital sectors in Arab countries and also promoting the cooperation among local and international institutes for the seek of applying knowledge to the services of sustainable development in Arab countries. It depends on its globular activities such as training and consultation and also on the generosity of those who believe in the value of science as a globular goal for developing the Arab countries. TSTC had created its name as a symbol for telling that the true wealth (Tharwa as pronounced in Arabic language) we own are the human resources we have and how we can develop them and give them the real opportunities toward improving our lives. We seek to encourage the developmental changes in scientific and technological current situations and find the real solutions and keys to overcome all challenges facing Arab societies, not only in scientific fields, but with focus on the human resources and capabilities of Arab people (among Women, Academics, Managers, Decision Makers, youth, employees in every vital field and those with special needs) who looking forward to have a better life.

Our Training Programs
In order to achieve the goals of TSTC, the training activity is not limited to one type of training programs, it rather includes a variety of programs that cover all specializations in sciences, humanities, management, higher education development, safety issues and applications, medical fields, agricultural techniques, environmental issues and assessment, computer sciences and IT, vocational programs , economics and E- knowledge.
TSTC provides two types of programs:
